Silke Güldner is a consultant for photographers and other creatives. A former art director and representative, Güldner has many years of experience in the creative industry and was founder of a successful agency for photographer management. Since 2004, she has offered individual consultations for both professional and aspiring photographers; she has also hosted workshops for associations, companies and institutions in the creative fields and photography industry in which she advises creatives and teams on image definition, market positioning and optimising performance, presentation methods and digital strategies. As a lecturer, she regularly addresses the new challenges inherent in the photography business model. Her clients include the Professional Association of Freelance Photographers and Film Creators (BFF), Freelens, the Society for Humanistic Photography, the Association of Swiss Professional Photographers (SBF), the Austrian Guild of Professional Photographers, the Hamburg Creative Society, Photo + Medienforum, Photokina, tPIC and Canon. Her book Erfolg im Foto-Business (Eng.: Succeeding in the Photography Business) appeared in the ProfiFoto publication in October 2019.
