Thorsten Gerke has been a picture editor for DER SPEIGEL since 2005. Until the beginning of 2020, he was responsible for the visual implementation of portrait reportages and still-life productions for SPIEGEL Wissen. Since 2020, he has been in charge of the Life section on spiegel.de.
